    DCRP readers have been clamoring for better-looking thumbnails in our photo galleries for years. I've finally come up with a way to provide better quality thumbnails, and you can see the results in our newly updated Panasonic Lumix DMC-G1 galleries (standard, bonus).   • Panasonic announces US pricing for Lumix DMC-G1
    Panasonic has announced the US pricing of their Micro FourThirds camera, the Lumix DMC-G1. The camera will ship in November, with an F3.5-5.6, 14 - 45 mm IS lens, for $799. You will also be able to buy an F4.0-5.6, 45 - 200 mm IS lens separately for $349.
