Hi gang,
I was lookinng at a bunch of the micro sites from the "Find and Agency" tab on this site.
I noticed that pretty much most names were "handles".
Has anybody looked around for photograpers they know using their own names on these sites?

What's the real theory behind using an alias? The idea that you're not proud of what you're doing doesn't sit well with me, but perhaps I'm missing the point. Is there a "business" reason to do this or is it just personal.

Chuck,

Some photographers prefer to use aliases to distinguish their RM and RF offerings.
It probably has to do with marketing tactic. I’m preparing the interview of a photographer who submits to RM and RF agencies as well as to Micros and I know he uses an alias for his RF imagery.

I’ll include your question in my questionnaire, thanks for asking!
