OpenRAW survey On January 31, 2006, the OpenRAW initiative launched an international survey on its Web site (http://openraw.org/survey/) to collect information about the experiences, requirements, preferences, and concerns of digital photographers and other interested parties regarding RAW imaging technology — a concept that many writers are comparing to a "digital negative".

Five simple steps to run the Alamy Wizard

1) Use the wizard to validate your photos for submission to Alamy.

2) The wizard collates your photos for submission. It also creates a text data file "Package Index.txt".

3) Use your preferred CD burning software to burn the collated photos to CD and send to Alamy. Do not send the text file.

4) When you see the images in the "Prepare images for sale" area on Alamy, e-mail the text file to This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it .

5) If the above is followed successfully Alamy will apply the data to your images and send you a report.

Survey Results Will Be Published at PMA 2006
