Since 1999, the Garden Photographers’ Association has been exhibiting the work of leading international garden photographers from the UK and abroad. The GPA was originally formed by a small group of British professional garden photographers in 1999, as a fellowship of professionals who recognise the many pressures photographers face.

All professional photographers who either specialise in this field, or who simply enjoy shooting plants and garden associated imagery, as part of their personal portfolio, can enter. We also encourage talented and gifted photographers, photography assistants and students, who aspire to work in photography on a professional level.

You are invited to take up this unique opportunity to enter and exhibit your work alongside some of the world’s most talented professionals in this field. Each year, the competition grows in credibility and stature. With a continuing and growing interest in photography as an art form, here in the UK and abroad, the GPA’s competition and exhibition brings new exposure to a constantly evolving showcase of both original and visionary work.
